About ZINAPAH Board of Trustees
ZINAPAH Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the Board) is the highest governing body of the foundation. It consists of a maximum of seven members appointed for a term of 5 years. The members of the Board participate in its activities purely on a voluntary basis.
A person with at least five years of professional experience in management and finance, who is also respected in society, can be appointed as a member of the Board.
Functions of ZINAPAH Board of Trustees
- Approves ZINAPAH budget and the annual allowable expenditure limit
- Establishes the procedure for paying financial compensation amounts to beneficiaries and appoints the members of the foundation's executive committee and the foundation's director
- Approves the procedures for the formation, operation, and dissolution of the committee and, in cases specified by the ZINAPAH charter, forms other bodies of the foundation and defines their powers
- Selects the organization conducting the external audit of the foundation and approves the procedures, format, and types of quarterly reports to be published by ZINAPAH
