Armen Kocharyan Member of the Board of Trustees

Armen Kocharyan was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of ZINAPAH on June 4, 2026, for a five-year term.

Armen Kocharyan is the Founder of Spark.work and the former Chief Executive Officer of VOLO. He also serves as the President of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) and is actively involved in advancing Armenia's technology ecosystem.

Over the course of more than two decades of professional experience, Armen Kocharyan has led and grown technology companies operating in international markets, building high-performing teams and contributing to the global competitiveness of Armenia's technology sector. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, VOLO became an internationally recognized technology company with operations across multiple countries.

Armen Kocharyan brings extensive expertise in strategic organizational development, operational management, technology leadership, and human capital management. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in delivering large-scale technology projects while supporting the growth and scaling of innovative businesses.

As President of UATE, Armen Kocharyan contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening Armenia's technology sector, with a focus on promoting education, innovation, and international collaboration.

He graduated from Yerevan State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and continues to actively support initiatives that foster the development of Armenia's technology and business communities.
