About Mandatory Payments

ZINAPAH is a unique foundation in the region where every working citizen in Armenia is required to make mandatory contributions from their salaries. The ZINAPAH represents a pan-Armenian effort to ensure financial well-being for those who have sacrificed their health and lives for the security of Armenia.​

A substantial portion of ZINAPAH funding is sourced from mandatory stamp payments by taxpayers in Armenia.
These payments must be transferred to Account No. 900005001186, titled "Stamp Payments", held by the Ministry of Finance at the Central Treasury.

When making the transfer, please indicate the State Revenue Committee in the "Recipient" field, and specify ZINAPAH National Foundation for Servicemen Insurance in the "Purpose" field.

You are required to make a stamp payment if you meet one of the following conditions:

• You are a resident of the Republic of Armenia and work under an employment contract, either within the territory of the Republic of Armenia or abroad.
• You are a non-resident individual working under an employment contract within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
• You are registered in the Republic of Armenia as an individual entrepreneur engaged in entrepreneurial activities, or you receive income from individuals who are exempt from the obligations of a tax agent.
• You are engaged in notarial activities.
• You are a resident of the Republic of Armenia and receive income under civil law contracts for the performance of work or the provision of services, either within or outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
• You are a non-resident individual who receives income from sources within the Republic of Armenia under civil law contracts for the performance of work or the provision of services.
