When was ZINAPAH established?

INAPAH was founded in 2017 to provide stable, equitable compensation for the well-being of the families of fallen, missing servicemen and 1st and 2nd category disabled servicemen while defending the homeland and its borders for the peace and security of future generations. ZINAPAH is a non-political institution that operates according to the Law.

What mission does ZINAPAH pursue?

Our Mission is to unite the nation to stand by the servicemen and their families to ensure financial stability and a dignified life for them.

Our Vision is to be a socially responsible foundation for servicemen that incorporates mandatory and voluntary insurance components.

Starting from which year does ZINAPAH provide financial compensation for cases?

ZINAPAH compensates for cases that occured after 2017.

Based on ZINAPAH Board of Trustees decision ZINAPAH provides financial compensations to cases that occured since 2008.

Those cases are

For cases that occured from 2008 to 2016 compensation amounts are given in the amount of the difference between the equal monthly payment and the pensions and bonuses paid from the state budget. The lump sum is not paid in this case.

Who can become ZINAPAH beneficiary in case the servicemen died or went missing?

In case deceased or missing-in-action servicemen the compensation amounts are paid to his/her parents, wife and children.

Is there a deadline for applying to become ZINAPAH beneficiary?

There is no deadline.

Disabled servicemen as well as the families of the deceased and missing-in-action servicemen can apply to become ZINAPAH beneficiary regardless of the date the case occurred.

How is the compensation amount defined?

The compensation amount allocated to a serviceman or their family over a 20-year period is specified in the law regulating ZINAPAH.

In case of deseased and mission-in-action servicemen the comensation amounts are paid out to his/her parents, wife and children.

How ZINAPAH compensations are made?

ZINAPAH comensations are paid out via upfront lump sum payment from 5 to 10 mln AMD followed by monthly comensations ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 AMD depending on the military rank and status of the serivcemen.

Beneficiary families are eligible for addition 100,000 monthly AMD payment if there are 3 and more minors in the family.

As of January 2024 ZINAPAH increased monthly and additional comensation amounts by 26%.

Do disabled servicemen receive compensation if their functionality degree changes?

In July 2024, ZINAPAH worked closely with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Defense so that the monthly compensations remain unchanged regardless of the disability group or functionality degree changes—offering both financial and emotional relief to the beneficiary families.

Donation through Haypost

Donation through online banking

You can make a donation via online banking. To do so you need to enter your online banking platform, select the banner for the Insurance foundation for servicemen and make the donation.

Donation through Idram, EasyPay, TelCell electronic wallets

Make donation via Idram and TelCell Wallets by selecting the Foundation banner on the application’s home page. To donate through EasyWallet you need to select Charity button in the Services menu then click on the Foundation banner.

Donation via Paypal

You can make donations on the Armenian Wounded Heroes Fund website. Click Donate to 1000+ button to donate. Please note that PayPal has 2-3% fee depending on your card type.

Donation through our website

You can visit Donate page, select any of the proposed donation amounts or enter your preferable amount in the Other field. Enter your name, surname and email. You will be transferred to the payment information page where you need to enter your card details. We encourage you to subscribe for monthly donations by activating the respective button. We will send you a confirmation email on the address you share with us.

How can I voluntarily contribute to ZINAPAH mission?

What is mandatory stamp payment?

Every working citizen in Armenia is required to make mandatory contributions from their salaries.

These amounts are intended to compensate for the servicemen life and limb loss.
