Anna Mkrtchyan ZINAPAH friend

Anna Mkrtchyan is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience and a strong educational background in European and International corporate law. She earned her Master's degree from the French University in Armenia in 2018, following her Bachelor's degree from the same institution in 2016. She also holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in European and International corporate law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.

Currently, Anna serves as an Associate Lawyer and UAE Representative for TK and Partners CJSC in Yerevan, Armenia, a role she has held since September 2018. Prior to this, she worked as an International Department Specialist/Lawyer for Watch World LLC from 2016 to 2018. Her legal journey also includes an internship at Ardshinbank CJSC's Legal Department in early 2015.

Anna has contributed to the field through her printed articles, including "Singapore. Postulates of state building and development applicable in Armenia," published in the YSU SSS's annual scientific session proceedings in 2016, and "Application of share options institution in Armenia," featured in the Juridical Power journal by the Association of Judges of the Republic of Armenia in 2016.

Her commitment to social causes is evident in her long-term involvement with WIYU NGO (“World Independent Youth Union”), where she has been a member, volunteer, project coordinator, and project supervisor since 2009. She has also judged the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. in 2017 and participated in various international legal competitions and events, including the 3rd Autumn School on European law and the ICRC National Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law. Additionally, she attended international delegations at the 31st Ministerial Council of “LA Francophonie” in 2015 and participated in the Leadership School Foundation in Armenia from 2013 to 2014.
