Compensation to the families of 11 fallen soldiers during the years 2015-2016
On 15th of November 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the family of 11 fallen soldiers during the years 2015-2016.
It should be recalled that the Foundation will provide monthly compensation to military families for a period of 20 years, the magnitude of which will be the positive difference between the monthly compensation of the Foundation and the total amount already paid by the State to the military.
Compensations for 136 cases that occurred during 2015-2016
On 10th and 17th of October 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the families of 124 fallen soldiers and 7 injured soldiers during the years 2015-2016.
It should be recalled that the Foundation will provide monthly compensation to military families for a period of 20 years, the magnitude of which will be the positive difference between the monthly compensation of the Foundation and the total amount already paid by the State to the military.
Compensation to an injured soldier
On 9th October 2018, ALM Committee has made a decision to make compensation to an injured solider, based on the decision of the Board of Directors of the Foundation dated 14.06.2018,
Until the decision on soldier’s disability status scale a monthly compensation of 100,000 AMD for up to 6 months will be provided to Arthur Grigoryan.
Compensation to family of fallen soldier and to soldier with disability
On 5th October 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the family of fallen soldier and one solders with disability.
Today the families of Jorik Petrosyan will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 10 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 200 000 throughout 20 years. The solder Ervand Xachatryan on his turn will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 5 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 200 000 throughout 20 years.
Compensation to 3 families of fallen soldier and one soldier with disability
On sixth of August 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the family of 3 fallen soldier and one solders with disability. Today the families of Hovsep Grigoryan, Armen Harutyunyan and Ruslan Manukyan will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 10 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 200 000 throughout 20 years. The solder Babken Simonyan on his turn will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 5 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 100 000 throughout 20 years. According to an agreement signed between “CONVERSE BANK” CJSC and "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC the amounts will be transferred to special bank accounts opened for the beneficiaries, which will be serviced, free of charge.
Minister of the defense Davit Tonoyan has been elected as a Chairman of Board of Trustees of "Insurance foundation for servicemen"
Insurance Foundation for Servicemen is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees of the Foundation has decided on July 19 of this year to appoint Minister of defense David Tonoyan as Chairman of the Board.
We are confident that under the leadership of Minister Tonoyan, the Foundation’s Board and staff will not only diligently pursue the goals set out by law, but will also make its work more accessible to the Armenian people.
Let us remind that earlier Mr. Tonoyan was appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees by the decision No 691-A of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 15, 2018.
Compensation to 3 families of fallen soldier and 2 soldiers with disability
On 20th of July 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the family of 3 fallen soldier and 2 solders with disabilities.
Today the families of Aram Khachatryan, Gegham Zaqaryan and Vahagn Eloyan will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 10 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 200 000 and 300 000 throughout 20 years. The solders Artak Maruqyan and Grigor Hovhannisyan on their turn will receive a lump sum payment of AMD 5 million and will be accorded monthly payments of AMD 100 000 throughout 20 years.
According to an agreement signed between "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC the amounts will be transferred to special bank accounts opened for the beneficiaries, which will be serviced, free of charge.

On 22th of June 2018 the ALM committee approved the compensation of the family of a fallen soldier.
Ambassador program
The Insurance Foundation for Servicemen is proud to announce the launch of the "Ambassadors" program. Through this program the Foundation is aiming to appeal to a wider audience and raise awareness about its cause both throughout Armenia and in the Diaspora.
Each ambassador will spread the word about the Foundation's work through presentations, conferences and other events.
The ambassadors will be in direct contact with the Foundation and will be the first to know of any new developments in the Foundation's work.
The Foundation invites both community leaders and young adults within Armenia and anywhere in the Diaspora to participate in this program.
