On November 30, 2023, the launch of ZINHUB online platform was announced. ZINHUB has been developed in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, ZINAPAH National Foundation for Servicemen Insurance the 'Enterprise Incubator' Fund a joint effort under the 'Workforce Development in Armenia' program. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, representatives of partner NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Karine Sarkissian, the CEO of ZINAPAH, welcomed the participants and outlined the foundational reasons that necessitated the creation of a unified online platform. After the 44-day way, various organizations tried to be useful to the servicemen who participated in the military operations and their family members by implementing multi-content programs and courses. In order to coordinate them and make them more effective, it was necessary to combine and coordinate everyone's efforts in one place, creating an online platform that would unify the services, projects and all opportunities provided by these organizations, which will ensure mutual cooperation between the parties. And here, with joint efforts, the ZINHUB platform was developed, which is an excellent opportunity to ensure mutual cooperation of the public/private sector.

Karine Sargsyan promised to be consistent in spreading the platform and create an example of success.

Ruben Sargsyan, RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs thanked the 3 parties involved in the creation of the platform. He noted that the implementation of the joint idea would give war participants and their family members, as well as vulnerable population, the opportunity to receive new skills and become competitive in the labor market. The platform has a long way to go and will serve wider purposes, providing better quality services to the citizens.

In his speech, Bagrat Yengibaryan, director of the "Enterprise Incubator" Foundation, underscored the significance of the unified ZINHUB platform. He stated, "We've chosen to collaborate with our partners to establish a platform that allows users to navigate effortlessly, discover course announcements, and explore job opportunities. The platform users will be the focal point for all partners, and we are committed to channeling our collective efforts to ensure they have access to suitable employment”.

After the welcoming speech of the leading representatives of the initiating parties, Arpine Zargaryan, Coordinator of social programs of ZINAPAH, and Haykuhi Gevorgyan, Head of the Professional Orientation and Capacity Development Center of Armenian, presented the purpose, target group, opportunities and ways of using ZINHUB platform.

Arpine Zargaryan could not emphasize more how important was the involvement of partner organizations and NGOs in the success of the ZINHUB platform. The platform's success relies on the backing and engagement of the supporters; without it, achievements would be unattainable.
