New board of directors

Hereby we announce that amendments were made to the law regulating the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen on December 29, 2020, according to which Foundation's board members appointed before July 1 got terminated. Mr Adam Kablanyan is the only board member who will retain in the new board since he was appointed after July. 

There have also been changes in the procedure for appointing the Board of the Foundation, according to which the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia will appoint four new members by January 31, 2021, who in turn will elect two members. Thus, the Foundation will have a new Board consisting of seven members.

As soon as the new board of the foundation is formed, we will present the members to the public.
