Compensation to the families of 157 soldiers who fell after September 27, 2020

On the 4th and 10th of December 2020 the ALM committees approved the compensation of the families of 157 soldiers who fell after September 27, 2020.

The families of military personnel are offered the following compensation amounts from the Foundation:

• Military officer staff: nearly $170,000 / lump sum $20,000, monthly $600
• Contract soldiers / volunteers: nearly $145,000, lump sum $20,000, monthly $500
• Soldier in compulsory military service: nearly $120,000, lump sum $20,000, monthly $400

$20,000 of the amount is paid in a lump sum, while the remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over a 20-year period. According to an agreement signed between “CONVERSE BANK” CJSC and "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC and “ARCAXBANK” CJSC the amounts will be transferred to special bank accounts opened for the beneficiaries, which will be serviced, free of charge.
