Accountability: The Core Value of the Foundation
Dear compatriots,
Lately doubts about the Foundation's values, the absence of corruption and accountability have emerged in the social media. The Foundation, based on the principle of transparency, finds it important to remain as open to the public as possible.
In regards to the abovementioned, we would like to reaffirm that the core values of the Foundation are social justice, equity of disbursed compensations, long-term financial assistance, aid only in the form of monetary assistance, immunity of disbursed compensations and complete accountability towards the public.
The Foundation is dedicated to its goals and values and, today, continues its regular activities.
As before, the Foundation continues to disburse regular monthly compensations on the 5th and the 20th of every month to 13 disabled soldiers and the families of 37 fallen soldiers. Below you can find the complete list of those soldiers, name by name, in the chronological order that they became beneficiaries of the Foundation.
To date the Foundation has paid out AMD 523,050,000 (appx. $1,080,682) in compensations. It is important to stress that from the moment a disabled soldier or a family member of a fallen soldier become beneficiaries of the Foundation, special bank accounts are opened under their names at one of the three partner banks of the Foundation (“ArmBusinessBank” CJSC,"ConverseBank" CJSC or "Artsakhbank" CJSC).

We would like to underline that the compensation process is directly and fully administered by the Foundation, which excludes third-party interference.
Through the Foundation's website you can make sure that every cent is directed towards the well-being of disabled soldiers and to the well-being of the families of fallen soldiers.
We urge you to examine the reports that are published on the Foundation's website, as well as to speak with the Foundation's partners, the banks where the beneficiary accounts are opened, as well as the Foundation's beneficiaries in order to make sure of the Foundation's work. Althought the we make sure to publish all the details of our work on the website, we are open to answering your questions and to meeting with you in order to explain the Foundation's work in greater detail.
We would like to thank every person, who dutifully pays their monthly stamp duty of AMD 1000 ($2), as well as every donor, who puts their trust in the Foundation and donates. Your aid is greatly appreciated.
Please find below the complete list of names of all soldiers who or who's families are currently receiving compensations from the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen.

* According to the Law, in certain cases, where the soldier has three or more underaged (before the age of 18) children, an additional AMD 100,000 is added to the monthly compensation amount untill at least one of the children comes of age.
**As a rule comopensations are provided only to soldiers who fell or were injured after January 1st 2017, however by decision of the Board of Directors the 4 soldiers who fell right before New Years eve were deemed beneficiaries of the Foundation. They were only accorded monthly compensations, as they had already received the lump sum compensation from the Ministry of Defense.
